This house has a C18 front to an earlier building. 2 storeys. 2 windows.
Ground floor painted brick, 1st floor tile hung. The 1st floor overhangs
and now rests on fluted iron columns. Bay window on the ground floor with
a fluted pilaster at each end and a shutter on the east side of it. Doorway
with fluted pilasters, rectangular fanlight with circular divisions and
6 panel moulded door. (In the VCH this house is referred to as Nos 22
and 21).

Nos 20 to 46 (even) and No 33 form a group with Nos 27 to 30 (consec)
Watchbell Street.
