House. Early C19 corner building on prominent site. Built of black headers
with red brick dressings. Hipped slate roof with brick stacks. 3 storeys; 2
windows to Fisher Street, 1 window to Commercial Square. Fisher Street elevation
has 1 blank to both floors. 2nd floor windows are 8-paned sashes, others are
mainly 16-pane casements. Converted door surrounds with C20 door, rounded corner,
stuccoed cornice and plinth.
