Remains of aqueduct carrying head race for Lesbury Mill over the River Aln.
Late C18 or early C19. Tooled and tooled-and-margined stone. One broad but
low skew arch survives, which formerly carried a timber superstructure;
adjacent is a 13-metre length of channel 2.3 metres wide with side walls 1.2
metres high.
