House. C18. Coursed limestone and ironstone rubble, faced to front with red
brick in Flemish bond, plain-tile roof, brick end stacks. L-plan. 2 storeys and
attic; 2-window range. Central 4-panel, part-glazed, door in moulded wood
surround with wood lintel, and gabled timber porch with bargeboards and trellis
sides, approached by 7 stone steps. Cellar window to right with gauged brick
lintel. Sash windows to ground and -first floor with C19 4-pane horned sashes and
gauged brick lintels to ground floor. Moulded brick cornice and stone-coped
gables. Wing to rear right. Interior has ogee-stop-chamfered spine beam, open
fireplace with chamfered bressumer, stone cellar with brick vault and collar
truss roof.
