Row of 4 houses, now 3 dwellings. Late C18. Squared coursed limestone with
thatch and pantile roofs. Originally one-unit plans. 2 storeys. Together
comprising an 8-window range, at first floor, of casements, with glazing bars,
under wood lintels. Similar 4-window range at ground floor. 3 C20 doors between
window ranges. No.33 has a C20 rustic porch and Nos.37 and 39 have C20 stone
porches. Rebuilt brick stacks at ridge and end. No.33 has higher ridge. Rear of
Nos.37 and 39 has C20 extension with pantile roof. Interiors remodelled C20.
Originally estate houses for Fermyn Woods Hall (q.v.).
