2 houses, now one dwelling. Early C19, restored C20. Squared coursed limestone
with thatch roof. Originally each 2-unit plans. 2 storeys. Together comprising a
4-window range of casements with glazing bars under wood lintels. First floor
windows have shallow eyebrow dormers. Central segmental arched opening has
4-panel door at angle to left. Door to second dwelling originally at angle to
right. Hipped roof with 3 brick stacks at ridge. Stone buttress to right side.
Interior: room to left of entrance has early C19 fireplace, with cast-iron
basket, and panelled window reveals. Originally estate houses for Fermyn Woods
Hall (q.v.).
