Probably of C17 origin but with early C19 refronting. Red brick with stone
plinth; 2 storeys; 3 casement windows with cambered heads; plain doorway with
square divided fanlight and 6-panelled door; moulded stone eaves; stone-coped
gable ends; tiles. C18 wing to rear. Interior has exposed moulded ceiling
beams in room to right of entrance, C17 panelling in adjoining room (not in
situ), and oak splat baluster staircase. Kitchen in rear wing contains exposed
ceiling beams and iron studded and banded door re-used from elsewhere.
