Farmhouse. C17 remains, refaced mid C19. Timber frame, almost completely
replaced by brickwork; tiled roof, possibly formerly thatched; ridge
stacks. Single-storey and attic, two-window front; single, pent roofed
dormer to right of attic (of a type that could have been thatched
over); two segmental-headed casements to ground floor centre. Entrance
to left with segmental head and boarded door. Of earlier structure
on the front a deep wall plate remains and an area of coursed stonework
to the left hand angle. The rear elevation retains a panel of framing
with diagonal brace.
