Early to mid C18 house in red brick, with stone plinth rising to ground floor
sills, and moulded stone eaves cornice; rusticated quoins; 3 window bays to
1st and 2nd floors, top storey having 3 semi-circular windows, each of 3
lights with modern fenestration. All have stone frames and bands at sills.
Centre window has dog-eared frame, pulvinated frieze and moulded cornice.
Plain Tuscan doorcase in stone with frieze and modillion cornice; traceried
fanlight; 6-panel door.
