House incorporating former shop. C17, partly rebuilt in the C18, extended and refurbished in the C19. Timber framed with brick infill panels and brick rebuilding and extension; plain tile roof; brick ridge stack and integral end stack. Two-cell range aligned east-west facing east, extended to the west. Two storeys and gable-lit attic; small rectangular panels; collar and tie beam roof truss with vertical struts above and below the collar; C19 barge boards with carved decoration. C19 boarded door to the right with rectangular overlight. C19 shop window to the left with bracketed sill and hood, and first floor and attic windows with raised and moulded surrounds. One bay of exposed timber framing to each return; the rear bay appears to have been rebuilt in brick and this section has casements with small leaded panes.

Interior. C19 shop fittings including a range of small drawers with Tudor-arched alcoves above containing shelving.
