A large C18 stucco fronted building with rusticated quoins and a modillion
eaves cornice. Roof tiled, mansard, half-hipped at the east and west
ends, with 4 flat headed dormers with moulded cornices and 2 heavy ridge
chimney stacks. Two storeys and attics. Six window range of double-hung
sashes with glazing bars. The ground storey windows have stuccoed keyed
heads. There are 2 doorways each with 6 octagonal panelled double doors
and a Gibbs surround. Approached by a small footbridge across the River
Box which flows in front of the house.
