Probably originally a medieval hall house altered in the C16-C17. A
timber-framed and plastered building restored and renovated, with exposed
timber-framing on the front and on the east end, ground storey. Two
storeys. Small casement windows with glazing bars. Modern boarded door
in old style. One gabled dormer on the front. Ridge chimney stack,
with attached shafts. The interior has exposed timber framing with indications
of its medieval origin.
