Probably C18, related to Boreham Farm now demolished. 2 storeys local rubblestone,
ashlar quoins to right, brick quoins to left and brick dressings. Half hipped
thatched roof with central brick chimney. Window openings altered, at present
3 on 1st floor and 5 on ground floor. Doorways to gable ends.
