Cottage. Late C17 or early C18. Flint with brick dressings, thatched roof. Single storey and attic, raised to 2 storeys, 3 bays, with slated brick lean-to against south gable. Entrance in lean-to with tiled canopy. C20 paned casement windows. Brick stack and roof half hipped to left. Interior has 2-room plan, the south room heated.
