House. C16 or early C17. Roughcast with pantiled roof. Two
storeys, 2 bays. Mid C20 door with slate canopy. Timber casement
windows to ground floor, 4-light painted stone-mullioned windows to
first floor and similar timber window to rear. Large axially set
stack to left gable with two diagonally set brick flues. C20 lean-
to to rear.
Interior has major fireplace blocked, and two deeply chamfered
beams. The sole remaining early structure in the central market
place of the town.
