House, now 2 cottages. C16-C17. Timber framed with whitewashed
brick and wattle and daub infilling, thatched roof. Single storey
and attic. Main range of 2 1/2 bays parallel to road, framing mostly
replaced with brick, and off-centre gable. The left bay, cottage
No 1, is an extension of original house. Two bay cross wing on
right of later Cl7, three panels high with corner braces and close
studding in gable. Stack central to rear bay, and side gable.
Half-glazed doors and timber casement windows. Interior not seen.
