GV II

Circa late C18 red brick house with brick modillion eaves cornice. Steeply pitched modern plain tile roof with gabled ends. Three storeys, two bays. Central entrance door with modern mock Georgian hardwood panelled door, door case with gabled hood supported on brackets. To either side C19 splayed bay windows with slate roofs and sashes. At first floor, two tripartite sash windows with glazing bars under segmental arches. At second floor, two tripartite sash windows. Included for group value.
