Circa early C19 sandstone ashlar cottage in Neo-Tudor style. Steeply pitched
plain tile roof with stone coped gabled ends. Low parapet. Plinth. One storey
and attic. Cross shaped plan with central gabled cross-wing. Four centred arch
to left with drip mould and plank door recessed in porch. In the slightly
projecting gabled cross-wing a square headed stone mullion/transom three-light
casement and above a similar window but of two-lights, both with diamond panes
and drip moulds. To right similar two-light casement. Two rendered octagonal
chimney shafts at rear of cross-wing.
