House forming part of a row. Early C19. Flemish bond brick with dog-tooth
cornice. Old plain-tile roof; left end stack largely rebuilt in late C19 brick.
L-plan with wing on right to rear. Late Georgian style. 3 storeys; 3-window
range. Central fielded 4-panelled door and overlight in moulded wood surround
with cornice. Late Cl9 rendered canted bay to left on ground floor has
segmental-arched sashes, 4-paned to front, and moulded cornice. Carriage archway
to right has brick basket arch and plank double doors. Upper floors have late
C20 top-hung casements to first bay. First floor has 16-pane and central 12-pane
sash: second floor has 8-pane and central 6-pane sashes. Fluted rendered flat
arches have keyblocks with moulded cornices. Interior not inspected.
