House, now bank. Late C18 with C19 addition. Red brick; plain tile roof; brick
integral end stacks. 3 storeys, reduced proportions to second floor, with
dentilled eaves band. 3 bays: 12-pane glazing bar sashes with rusticated wedge
shaped lintels and raised keystones; the central windows are blind and painted
in imitation of glazing bar sashes; bow window to ground floor left containing 2
glazing bar sashes and having panelled pilasters to the sides. Central 6-panel
door with panelled pine doorcase and open pediment containing a fanlight with
radiating glazing bars. C19 single-storey, 4-bay extension to the right with
modillioned eaves and panelled chimney stack. 8-panel double-leaf door to the
left with rounded arch and raised key, and boldly projecting bracketed hood. To
the right of the door are 3 windows with bracketed sills, Gibbsian surrounds and
raised keys. Interior altered.
