Detached house. C17. Rendered, brick stacks, double roman tile roof. A two-heated room cross-passage plan with full-width outshut under catslide roof. Two storeys, three windows, two-light horizontal bar wood casements, but three-light ground floor right. Part-glazed C20 door off-set left from central first floor window. Plain gables with brick stacks. To the right of the three-light casement a projecting bread oven with pantile roof. Back has two and five-light shallow casements, plank door.

Interior retains two transverse deep chamfer and stop beams at ground floor, later inserted stair, but evidence for former winder stair by ingle-nook fireplace. Roof reported to be C19 replacement, when outshut may have been added, as inner wall has doorway opposite main entry to cross passage.
