Formerly the Butcher's Arms Inn. A C16 timber-framed house with exposed
timber-framing and plaster infil. 2 storeys. The upper storey is jettied
on the whole front on a carved bressummer with folded ribbon ornamentation,
on exposed joists. There is also a moulded wall plate. The upper storey
has 3 window range, old leaded casements and the ground storey has leaded
casements restored in the C20. Roof tiled (old tiles). The west end is
gabled and has exposed timber-framing. Graded for its composite group
interest.
