Cottage. Probably later C17 with addition to right and further additions of
c.1983. Timber framed and plastered with a pantiled roof. In 2 main
sections: 2 storeys and attic to left, 1 1/2 storeys to right. C20 casement
windows; the right section has raking dormer. Mid C20 entrance door in
modern addition. Gable stack at junction with High Hall Cottage (q.v.). Much
of the structure seems to comprise re-used timbers; one floor beam has the
remains of roll-moulding. Included for group value.
