A length of railings along the road frontage of Bell House together with a
short stretch of serpentine wall at the north end. Early C19. Wrought iron
spearhead railings on a low brick plinth, with a pair of entrance gates. Red
brick serpentine wall with segmental copings, about 1.5m high. Included for
group value.
