Farmhouse, early C17. 2 storeys and attics. 3-cell cross-entry plan.
Timber-framed and plastered. Pantiled roof, once thatched; an axial chimney
of plastered red brick. Mid C20 3-light casements. Pantiled gabled porch at
cross entry, with boarded and battened C20 door. C17 framing fully exposed.
Good windbraced clasped purlin roof to hall and service cells. The parlour
cell was added later, perhaps in late C17, but reusing much C16 timber.
