House, c.1820. Gault brick. Hipped slated roofs. Internal chimneys of gault
brick. 2 storeys. 5-window main range, extended by 5 windows to right in mid
C19; a further 4-window service range to right. Small-pane sashes with flat
arches of gauged brick. 6-panelled entrance door, the upper panels fielded,
with panelled reveals and reeded pilasters. Semi-circular fanlight with
radiating bars. A terrace runs the width of front elevation, with an urn on
plinth at each corner. To left (east elevation) is a semi-circular flat-
roofed bay with 3 tall small-pane sashes. This elevation otherwise has French
casements. A metal-roofed verandah on enriched openwork cast iron columns and
lintels at the rear. In poor condition at date of survey.
