Cottage. Circa early-mid C19. Plastered cob with later brick quoins. Thatched roof with gabled and half-hipped ends. Gable-end stack with brick shaft.
PLAN: 3-room plan; kitchen/parlour on left [E] with gable-end fireplace, an unheated bedroom on right [W] and a small unheated service room at the centre behind an axial passage/lobby to the central front doorway. Small late C19/C20 outshut at rear, behind kitchen.
EXTERIOR: Single storey. 2-window north front with central doorway; C20 2-light casements with C20 brick jambs; glazed door and C20 wooden porch. Rear [S], central window, originally a doorway, bricked up below C20 casement; brick lean-to outshut on right. INTERIOR: Plastered ceilings. Kitchen/parlour has C20 brick fireplace. Plank doors. Pole-rafter roof structure.
