The Cyder House

A C15 and C16 timber-framed house encased in early C19 white brick. 2 storeys.
Plain parapet. Pantiled roof of c.1970. 2 internal chimney-stacks with red
brick shafts. 3 window range: small paned sashes in flush frames with flat
arches over. 6-panel door: raised fielded panels, triangular pediment, console
brackets. Early C16 ceiling with moulded joists inserted into open hall: one
fireplace with small trefoil brick arcade above. Remains of crown-post roof.
