Cottage. Late C17/early C18. One storey and attics: 2-cell form. Timber-framed and rendered, with thatched roof. A small single-storey lean-to on the east side in random brick and flint, colourwashed, with double Roman tiles. 2 end chimney-stacks, set externally, not both of the same date. 2 cross windows, and a small 2-light casement window in the lean-to. Central plank door, slightly recessed. A small lean-to with pantiled roof encloses the base of the chimney-stack on the west. Roof with side purlins. Included for Group Value.
