Former farmhouse, at one time subdivided into 2 or 3 cottages. Late C16,
extended to the right hand side in C19. Timber framed, modern cement render
with a random-patterned textured finished except at the rear; pantiled roof.
2 storeys with attic at later end. Originally 3 cell plan with cross passage
entry. 4 windows, C19 and C20 casements; mid C20 door (not in original
position) with hood mould over; internal stack and the remains of C19 stacks
at each gable end. To the rear is a good original 5-light diamond mullion
window at first floor level. Particularly good interior with fine exposed
framing and joisting, original floorboarding and some original doors.
