Farmhouse. C16; extended to left of cross wing, probably in C19. Timber
framed and plastered, the facade lined in imitation of ashlar; some
colourwashed brick casing at later end; roof plaintiled to front and pantiled
to rear. 2 storeys with attic to later section. 5 windows, C19 and mid C20
casements. Older part with 2 doorways: to right hand side a lobby entrance
with mid C20 panelled door set in gabled porch with wavy bargeboards and
spike finial; to left hand side a 4-panel door, the upper 2 panels glazed. 2
pairs of mid C20 garage doors to left hand side. 2 internal stacks. Interior
considerably altered in C19; good exposed joists to one ground floor room.
