House. Late C16, extended to right in late C17 and altered in C19.
Timber-framed, exposed to rear with brown brick cladding on sandstone
plinth to left, coursed Bargate stone with ironstone galleting and brick
dressings to right. Plain tiled roofs, lower and half-hipped to left,
taller with tile hung gable to right. At right angles to street, L shaped
plan with gabled wing to right. Two storeys to left, one storey and
attic to right and one C19, diamond pane, leaded, through-eaves casement
dormer. End stack to left, rear ridge stack to right. One first floor
window to left and one three-light, first floor window to right in shallow
break. Two three-light camber head casements to ground floor. One
casement window on each floor of gabled wing to right, that on ground
floor under cambered head. Ribbed and part glazed door to junction of
two wings in C19 open gabled porch.
Right hand return front: plinth and basement. Three casement windows to
each storey under gauged brick heads to ground floor windows. Framed
single storey shed to right end.
