Cottage. Late C18. Red brick with grey headers in Flemish bond on brick plinth. Old clay pegtiled roof with chimney-stack to left-hand side of external chimney-stack to rear. L-shaped building of two storeys. Two windows to front with central window blocked. Rubbed brick arches and C20 casements in original quoins. Central door case with wooden architrave, four panelled door and C20 gabled porch. Left side elevation has curved tile hung gable, casement and six panelled door. Rear elevation has gable with curved tiles. Attached to front is a red brick garden wall with stone coping, cast iron spear rails and four brick piers with stone coping.

Internal features include open fireplace, central spine beam and plank doors.
