4/99 Park Farm House

GV II

House. C18 with C19 extension to west. Colourwashed brick with hipped plain tiled
roof under ridge crest. Square plan of three bays to each side. Central corbelled
stack and further stack to rear left. Two storeys on plinth with plat band over
ground floor and deep eaves. Regular front with two,16-pane glazing-bar sash
windows on each floor, one either side of centre under segmental panels. Central
two storey, hipped-roof porch with one sash window on first floor over door of 6
fielded panels in arched keystone surround with impost blocks Left hand return
front:- Two cambered-head, glazing bar sash windows to first floor, one cambered-
head anti one rectangular sash to ground floor. Right hand return front:- two
cambered-head windows on each floor, one either side of centre hip roof bay with
casement fenestration. C19 wing to rear of one storey and attic.
