Chest tomb. Early C19. Sandstone ashlar. Rectangular plan. Plain
slightly chamfered projecting top ledger, fluted corner pilasters.
Top ledger commemorates Thomas Malkin (died 1816), his son, Thomas
(died 1817), and his wife, Ann (died 1817). A considerable amount of
soil has accumulated around the tomb at the time of re-survey (1984).
