Whitmore Hall,
immediately to
west of Whitmore
Hall Lodge

GV II

Gate piers to country house. Probably late C17/early C18 but not in
situ. Rusticated sandstone ashlar. Square in section with moulded
plinth and capping, surmounted by pineapple finials. Comparable in
style to those at Lea Head Manor, Maer C.P. (q.v.).
