Town house. Probably late C18. Textured finish on render;
slate hanging to rear wing; bitumen-grouted hipped slate roof
with returned modillioned eaves cornice; rendered stack on
left. Double-depth plan plus later rear wing. 2 storeys;
symmetrical 3-window front. Original or early C19 sixteen-pane
hornless sashes; C20 central top-glazed door and overlight.
INTERIOR not inspected but likely to be of interest.
