Small town house. Late C18. Textured finish on stucco or
render; rag slate roof with bracketted front eaves; moulded
granite stack on right with 1 slate pot; rendered stack on
left. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window
front. Early C19 sixteen-pane hornless sashes within
architraves to 1st floor over canted bays with similar sashes,
side-lights and moulded entablature; central blind window over
doorway with 4-panel top-glazed door. INTERIOR not inspected
but likely to be of interest.
