Small town house, possibly originally part of larger house.
C17, partly rebuilt early C19. Granite rubble with granite
dressings including ground floor lintels; timber lintels to
1st floor; asbestos slate roof with rendered stack on left,
brick stack on right; cast-iron ogee gutters. Shallow
double-depth plan. 2 storeys; nearly symmetrical 2-window
front. C20 sixteen-pane horned sashes and central C20
four-panel top-glazed door. INTERIOR: When inspected c1980,
many C18 features survived and there was evidence of possible
winder stair turret at rear.
