GV II

Large town house, now subdivided. Probably late C18. Granite
rubble with some dressed granite to jambs; probably timber
lintels obscured by cement mortar strings; asbestos slate roof
with modillion eaves cornice; rendered end stacks and at rear
lateral stack on left. Shallow-depth plan. 3 storeys;
symmetrical 5-window front. C20 horned sashes with glazing
bars; tall 1st-floor sashes and square 2nd-floor sashes;
original central triangular pedimented doorway with moulded
architrave and consoles over guttae. INTERIOR not inspected.
