Farmhouse and attached stable. Mid/late C17, with mid/late C18 addition to left.
Coursed squared ironstone; addition of Flemish bond red brick. C19 red pantile
roof with ridge cresting; addition has coped gable parapet with moulded
kneelers; brick left end stack, and ridge stack of thin bricks. 3-unit
lobby-entry plan, extended to 4-unit; stable in cross-wing on right. 2-storeys;
4-window range. Part-glazed plank door. Irregular fenestration. Casements of C19
and C20 three lights with varying glazing bars; on first floor, second bay has
2-light and fourth bay small one-light casements. Painted wood lintels
throughout. Rear irregular. Interior: broad ogee-chamfered ceiling beams. Room
to left has open fireplace, with bressumer with fascia and moulded cornice;
kitchen has open fireplace and plank door to straight flight staircase with
winders. Stable has front wall re-built in late C19 brick. Tile roof. Buttress.
Fitch door with relieving arch. Left return side has stable door and fixed
2-light window.
