Elston House
II
Gates and gate piers. Circa 1860. Cast-iron. Gate piers consist of
four attached shafts with filligree capitals and moulded finials,
pair of gates have wrought-iron heads. Attached to either side are
flint walls with pitched limestone coping and plain cast-iron
railings. Elston House built c1860; not included in list. The
entrance with decorative gates and gate piers, is particularly
prominent on this road.
