Detached house. Early C19. Cob, Welsh slate hipped roof, brick
stack. L-plan. 2-storey, 3-window front, central door (not
visible at time of survey, October 1984), has lead canopy to
latticed iron porch. 12-pane sash either side. First floor has
three 12-pane sashes. Deep eaves to shallow pitched hipped roof.
Left return has no windows. Right return has half-glazed door to
ground floor and one 2-light casement to first floor. Rear has
integral cob outshut with casements, attached to rear right is mid-
Cl9 extension in English bond brick with 2-light casements.
Interior has fireplace with reeded surround and paterae in room to
right of front door. Renovation taking place at time of survey.
