Farmhouse. Late C17, enlarged 1928. Coursed rubblestone and brick, tiled roof with half-hip to right, axial brick stack. Single storey and attic, 5 windows. 4-panelled door to left in reset Victorian gabled porch with Tudor-arched stone doorway, assorted casements to either side. Five gabled dormers with 2-light casements to steeply-pitched roof. Right return has hipped porch with 4-panelled door. Rear has two 2-light recessed chamfered mullioned windows and French windows to ground floor, three gabled dormers with 2-light casements and brick stair turret. Interior not accessible at time of survey (January 1985), but said to have chamfered beams with step and concave stops, to ground and first floors, open fireplace with reset chamfered breasummer. Stairs of c1800. 3-bay roof. Enlarged by one bay to west in 1928, stretcher bond brick. (Unpublished records of RCHM (England), Salisbury).
