Estate cottage of Hamptworth Estate. Early C19. Flemish garden
wall bond brick, plain and fishscale tiled roof, ornamental brick
stacks. H-plan. Single storey, 3-window. 6-panelled door with 2-
light cast-iron casements to either side and 3-light bay to left,
all windows with hexagonal-shaped panes. Right return has two bay
windows with 3-light casements, left return is windowless.
Cylindrical highly decorative stacks on octagonal bases.
Interior not inspected. Good example of estate cottage in
Hamptworth.
