GV II
Semi-detached cottages. Mid-C18, late C18 addition to east, late
C19 addition to north. Flemish bond brick, Welsh slate roof, brick
stacks. 2-storey, 3-window. Larger cottage has planked door in
beaded case with gabled porch, to left are two 3-light casements
and to right is 2-light casement, smaller cottage has planked door
with segmental head. First floor has three 2-light casements. To
left is single-storey C19 extension with planked door and 2-light
casement to return, half-hipped roof, main roof is hipped to left.
To rear is outshut with planked door and 1-light, 2-light and 3-
light casements, to left is late C19 2-storey wing with 3-light
casements. To right of front is single-storey C20 extension with
flat roof.
Interior has planked doors, west cottage has chamfered beams with
runout stops, stairs in outshut. East cottage has chamfered beams
with ogee stops, stairs in late C19 rear extension.
