Detached house. Early C19. Painted Flemish bond brick, Welsh slate
hipped roof, rendered stacks. 2-storey, 3-window front. Central
door with 6 beaded panels, in moulded case, either side is one 16-
pane sash. Wrought iron verandah with decorated posts and
cresting, to corrugated iron roof to whole of ground floor. First
floor has three 16-pane sashes with external shutters. Deep eaves.
To right is single-storey C20 extension with French windows. Right
return is flint and brick bands, windowless. Left return in flint
and brick bands with no windows, and attached C20 garage extension.
Rear is flint and brick bands, one 2-light casement to ground
floor, two 2-light cast-iron casements to first floor.
Interior has original fittings; fireplace with moulded pilasters
and paterae, doors with 6 beaded panels, newel stairs.
