Detached house. Late C18. Flemish bond brick, tiled roof with
brick stacks. Two rooms deep with 2-span hipped roof over rear.
2-storey, 2-window front. Central 6-panelled door in C20 porch,
either side is one 16-pane flush sash. First floor has two 16-pane
sashes and initials I.H. in vitrified headers over door. Toothed
eaves cornice. Left return has two small metal casements to ground
floor. Right return has casement to ground floor. Rear is English
bond brick with some reused limestone to lower courses, central
glazed door with 2-light casement to left and 3-light casement to
right of ground floor, first floor has three 2-light casements.
Interior has lower ceilings to rear, eared fireplace to front room
on left.
