Mid C18 2 storey garden or boat house. Square plan, stone base, tile hung
south front, brick with ashlar quoins to west. Swept up coping to corners
of parapet. 2 vertical oval windows on ground floor, not glazed. Sash to
3 fronts on 1st floor, tall recessed, glazing bars intact. Doorway ground
floor, north front, with rusticated stone surround.
