Late C17 former stable block of Mompesson House qv. 2 storeys red brick on
projecting plinth with stone clipping, lst floor string. Stone quoins and
moulded and coved eaves cornice. Steep hipped old tile roof. 4 2 light stone
mullioned leaded casements on 1st floor the outer ones formerly blocked and
central former loft door, now restored as window, in cased architrave surround,
with opposing double scroll head. 4 2 light mullioned and transomed casements
on ground floor and plain central door arched in rusticated stone surround
with projecting springers and triple keystone.
